As you shift gears into a summer internship, job, or volunteer program, it’s tempting to just exhale and coast. But what if this break is actually an invitation? Not just to rest—but to reset.

YAY! The semester is almost over, and we can finally see the light at what seemed to be a never-ending tunnel. So now that the summer break is almost here, my question for you is, “ What are your plans for the break ?”. You may be taking summer classes or starting a new and exciting internship. Or maybe you are just planning to take it easy and rest after a stressful school year. Whatsoever your plans may or may not be, I highly suggest having a good one. Why you ask? We
