Co-Founder & CEO
Ashley Price is a co-founder of The Industrious Women's Network, an epidemiologist at the CDC, and the wife to Gary Price II. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's degree in Public Health. Now that she has become a successful professional, she seeks to help other young women navigate their way through college and achieve career excellence.
Cindi Sayles
Co-Founder & CFO
Cindi Sayles is a co-founder of The Industrious Women's Network who endeavors to achieve everything with excellence. I graduated with a Bachelor in Computer Science and minor in Applied Statistics and Data Analysis and recently obtained my MBA at Point University. Currently working as a Professional Software Engineer at AT&T, my goal is to assist in maximizing college women in career development.
Gary Price
Co-Founder & Secretary
Gary Price is a co-founder of The Industrious Women's Network, a Senior Project Specialist Logistics at Chick-fil-A Inc, and husband to Ashley Price. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Logistics. Gary leverages his logistics expertise to oversee the operations of IWN. He also has a passion for youth mentorship and seeing young people succeed.

Melanie Faison
Board President
Melanie Faison is the Board President of The Industrious Women's Network who has over 15+ years of experience championing organizational growth and expansion. As the COO of Quest Communities, she excels in market positioning, revenue growth, financial management, and driving operational excellence. In addition, Melanie is skilled in facilitating the combination of public, private, and philanthropic capital to advance real estate development and community lending as well as innovative and skilled in directing and mentoring diverse teams.
Rashid Tillis
Board Vice-President
Rashid Tillis is the Board Vice-President of The Industrious Women's Network, owner of Right Time Solutions, husband, and father to 3 beautiful girls. Rashid has over 10 years experience in the nonprofit sector but transitioned to work full-time as an entrepreneur in 2020 as the CEO of Right Time Solutions which is a photography and videography business. He enjoys spending his free time fishing and giving back to the community.
Niomi Henry
Board Treasurer
Niomi Henry is the Board Treasurer of The Industrious Women's Network who has 17 years of experience in K-12 education with a demonstrated track record of student achievement. Niomi is called to serve schools, students, and families in underserved communities with leadership and coaching expertise in curriculum, instruction, and assessment; literacy across the curriculum; and data-driven school improvement. In addition, she is an experienced school turnaround leader including roles such as state school improvement specialist, K-12 academic coordinator, and high school assistant principal. Her passion is youth development, academic and career planning, job search and interviewing support, and mentorship.
