Be Encouraged

Can you believe 2024 is almost over? Wow! Where did the year go? As you begin to reflect on this

passing year and the close of the semester, I want you to be encouraged. Because no matter how well it went for some of us or how poorly it may have gone for others, tomorrow is new a day. The Word of God says that the Lord’s mercies are renewed every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). That means everyday that we are blessed to see a new day on Earth is another opportunity that the Lord has given us to get everything right before Him. Oftentimes, we tend to get hung up on one situation in our life, but as time moves forward, what seemed like a “big” deal turns out not to be so significant in the end. That very moment that you thought would define your life forever, most likely won’t. Why? Because life goes on and we change. To help you reflect on this year and examine yourself/life to see where you are and how you can improve and change for the better (because we all have room to grow), look at the questions below and honestly answer them.

 Did my relationship with Jesus Christ grow this year? Salvation that comes by Jesus Christ

should always be the foundation for your life. Once you begin a relationship with Him, you will

notice that your point of view about earthly things will change. If you don’t have a relationship

with Him, today is the day He has given you to enter one.

 What are the top three things that I accomplished this year?

 What was your greatest failure? And what can you do going forward to ensure that it doesn’t

happen again?

 What did you learn about yourself?

 Did you acquire any new skills?

And the final question is, did you plug in to IWN this year? We are here to help develop you as a

professional, but that growth goes hand in hand with helping you grow as a person and seeing you

maximized in every aspect of your life. Remember tomorrow is a new day, and it is never too late to

plug in. Check out our website (www.theiwninc.org), to book a 1-on-1 consultation. We look forward to

chatting with you soon. See you in 2025!
