Why You Need to Plug into the Network

Hello ladies,

We are back for another IWN (The Industrious Women’s Network) Newsletter. I am sure many of you have heard about networking and its importance, and I also know that many have shied away from networking events because you consider yourself an introvert but let me give you another perspective into the Network.

The definition of a network is a group or system of interconnected people or things, and networking is to interact with others to exchange information and develop professional or social contacts.

Many of the events that advertise networking are illustrated as big corporate events where everyone is dressed in suits with business cards giving their elevator speech, but there are so many other forms of networking.

Take for instance, our interaction with you! One or both of us interacted with you, we exchanged information, and now we are each other’s contacts. It is just that simple! A simple hello to the person next to you in class could open a whole world of possibilities. Do not be afraid to take that step.

The reason we called this organization The Industrious Women’s Network is because there is power in uniting with likeminded achieving women. We are a resource, but we do not have the capacity to help hundreds or even thousands of women. Therefore, we knew that if we could create an atmosphere of success and maximization for you ladies to plug into, then the progression, the accomplishments, and the talents would grow exponentially. Then before you know it, each one of you will be in a position to help the next lady coming through the door.

We see the potential and talent in each one of you, and we are here to help. If you are interested in meeting one another, let us know, and we can incorporate it as we develop our next events.

If you would like to schedule a meeting with us, you can book it on our website at https://www.theiwninc.org/book-online .

Hope to talk with you soon!

Cindi and Ashley
